Reading Friends Dementia Feedback Tool

This evaluation tool can be used with people who are living with dementia. It’s useful if someone cannot fill in surveys or when they aren’t appropriate. It can help capture ‘in the moment’ thoughts, feelings, comments, quotes and stories from Reading Friends sessions, and can be a useful alternative for capturing feedback about the programme.
