I really enjoyed this book. It motivates everyone to keep trying. It teaches you how to deal with falling and failing. You need to be positive and patient to succeed. I would definitely recommend it to everyone to help them when they are having trouble and what to do.
Don't give up
Clare Balding is the best author because when she wrote this book it inspired me that even though we fail sometimes we can always get back on and keep going.
Absolutely loved it! Lots of great anecdotes and links to her challenges and other famous sports and non sporting heroes.
Fabulous book for children and adults alike. Such a great way to teach about resilience, motivation, kindness, courage, be flexible, surround yourself with a supportive team. The way the book is presented makes for easy reading along with some great illustrations. I can’t wait to share the ideas with the children in my class. I think they will enjoy this book as much as I have.
