Read this so many times! Love it!!
Read this so many times! Love it!!
This book is about a girl called Ella who is in a new town and struggles to fit in. When forced to spy on Molly she finds out some terrible things!! Thoughtful, passionate and on the outside.
Ella on the outside was a very interesting book because it was all about how Ella moved schools and made different friendships with diffrent people - but finds a true one at the end
such a good and kinda emotionla book
I ramdomly chose this book in Waterstones and at first I thought I wouldn't like it but I was wrong its really good.
This book made me and my mummy cry. It was brilliant but really sad in places.
Definitely recommend for 10 to 12
It was great to read, have wanted to read it for a long time but have never seen it anywhere but found it in my local library recently.
This was a fictional book. I felt that I liked Ella the best. This book was all about a girl with no friends and how she begins to grow more confident and have more friends. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who is looking for how to tell a true friend from a fake friend.
I really like this book because it is about a girl called Ella and I’m also called Ella. You would like this book if you like adventure and bravery.
This book was one of my favourites when I read this book, I could remeber my old school friends.
This book was fiction. My favourite character was Ella and Molly. It interests me because it tells you that you have to stick with true friends and friends that want to know private things when you aren't comfortable with are not true friends. I would recommend it.
It was a very heart warming and loving story. I loved it. Thank you Cath Howe!
Ella was my favourite character, she reminded me of me. Although it is a child's book, it felt a bit older which I liked
I liked Molly the best, but it was not factual. It did interest me another person view of primary school. Yes I would!
I really loved this book! My friend recommended the author to me and then I got hooked! I would recommend this book to between ages 8-15. Definitely 5/5 stars!
It was about a girl who just moved and she made a friend called Lydia but Lydia wanted something. I think it is a very good book because it was interesting from the start and to the end.
Made me LOVE READING. You need this book in your life’s although at some points I felt heartbroken in a bad way.
This is a powerful story about girls' friendships. The main character, Ella, is socially awkward and in awe of the popular girl, Lydia. I'm sure we have all come across a Lydia in real life: I was urging Ella not to tell Lydia her secrets and not to go along with Lydia's plan to humiliate Molly. The book expertly reveals the tactics used by bullying people to get others under their control. The reader can see what Lydia is up to a long time before Ella and this makes the book a real page turner- I could not put this book down. The book is an easy read and I would recommend it to KS2 girls.
