Safeguarding Statement
The Reading Agency reaches children, young adults and older people of all ages and economic background through our programmes and partnerships with public libraries, prisons, hospitals and other community settings. Their welfare is of paramount importance to us and all have a right to feel safe from the risk of harm or abuse.
Through the application of our policy and procedures, The Reading Agency promotes the safety, welfare and well-being of all children, young people and adults at risk enabling them to participate in our programmes, events or engage with us in a safe and inclusive way.
