The Positively Last Performance: An Instagram video

Our Instagrammer in residence, Emma Healey has had her latest brief. This time, it's from Reading Activists in Kent and the book they chose was The Positively Last Performance by Geraldine McCaughrean.
Emma created her fantastic video interpretation of the brief which you can see below.
SPOILER ALERT - don't click the video or read the brief if you don't want to know what happens at the end of the book!
The brief
Reading Activists in Kent gave an unusal brief that came in the form of a poem!
Mikey the mod.
Thinks he's cool.
Riders to the sea - heading for seashaw to fight rockers.
Mechanical elephant destroyed.
Ice cream van overturned.
Scooter crashes.
Panic!
Rockers catch him.
Rockers beat him.
Fists. Chains. Kicks.
Runs through their legs to theatre.
Thinks he's alive.
Already dead...
He's a ghost!
