Every year, The Reading Partners team at national charity, The Reading Agency organise Roadshows with our publisher partners. After the success of our virtual Roadshows last year we hosted the events again this year! On the 10 and 11 November, we had 29 publishers, 10 authors and over 700 delegates (mainly librarians) coming together to hear about great books to look forward to in 2022.
The Roadshows are an opportunity for librarians and teachers to hear from our publishing partners about their latest titles, meet authors, and have the chance to ask questions about promotional opportunities and a highlight of the Reading Partners calendar.
The Reading Agency see events such as this and our partnership with publishers and public and school libraries as key to delivering our mission to tackle life's big challenges through the proven power of reading. They also support our three key goals: connecting individuals and communities, supporting life skills and learning and promoting health and well-being.
If you were unable to join us on the day, you can watch recordings of the six sessions and access the publisher slides and folders from this One Drive or Google Drive (you can find the children's roadshow here and adult roadshow here.)
