A special audience with Jacqueline Wilson

On Saturday Chatterbooks clubs in Worcestershire were treated to a very special visit from Dame Jacqueline Wilson. A small group of twenty children from Chatterbooks clubs in Worcester, Kidderminster, Hagley and Rubery, met Dame Jacqueline at the new library at The Hive in Worcester.
The children all had a chance to ask their own question, and to have their books signed by their favourite author at this exclusive Chatterbooks event.
Alice from Chatterbooks, Kidderminster Library said, "It was amazing! She told us about the books she's published, and which are her favourites, and she told us what it's like to be famous and everything!"
And Joel from Chatterbooks, Rubery Library said, "It was pretty cool! It's not every day you get to see a famous author. Chatterbooks is great."
Jacqueline was also appearing at Huntingdon Hall as part of the Beeline Festival in Worcester.
