Reading Ahead resources

Here is an overview of the resources, guidance and useful web links available for library staff, adult literacy tutors and other practitioners such as union learning reps who will be running Reading Ahead 2015/16 (formerly called the Six Book Challenge).
Reading Ahead 2015/16
We have now announced new materials and incentives for Reading Ahead, our new name for the Six Book Challenge. Download our sales sheet for details and order now to take advantage of our Early Bird offer.
Reading Ahead will continue to challenge participants to choose six reads and record, review and rate them in a reading diary - the same successful model used by the Six Book Challenge. Please see downloadable guidance and templates below and take a look at our case studies and tips pages. We are also offering a training day for Reading Ahead on Friday 25 September.
We also have a website that can be used by participants alongside their print reading diary to add a digital dimension to Reading Ahead. This includes our unique Find a Read database of recommended reads that are searchable by reading level, subject and title.
