Head of Health and Wellbeing
Hours: Full time, 37 hours a week
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum
Location: Based at our London Office (currently home-based)
The Reading Agency is seeking a confident and experienced manager to lead our Health and Wellbeing work.

As a national charity we tackle life's big challenges through the proven power of reading. We work closely with partners to develop and deliver programmes for people of all ages and backgrounds; our vision is for a world where everyone is reading their way to a better life.
In 2020-21, we helped over 1.9 million people benefit from reading through our programmes, our tireless campaigning, our excellent networks, and our power to influence, challenge and make change happen.
About You
You will be a confident team leader with knowledge, experience and credibility within the health and care, wellbeing and/or reading/cultural sectors. You will also have a successful track record of developing sustainable programmes with strong business models.
