My job involves working on our children's programmes. I communicate with the library co-ordinators running the Summer Reading Challenge and help put together all of the information and resources they'll need.
I manage the communications team at The Reading Agency. This includes PR, website content, branding, social media and strategic planning to ensure we are reaching as many people as possible with our work.

I manage the delivery of Reading Well across Wales, working with our key partners and publishers to make the Reading Well for dementia and mental health booklists available in every library authority in Wales.
As part of the publisher partnerships team, I lead The Reading Agency's work on World Book Night. I also work with libraries and readings groups to promote books from the various prizes throughout the year.
I help to manage Children's Reading Partners, which is an exciting and unique programme. I design and manage creative promotions in partnership with publishers, libraries and other industry partners to engage children in reading.
I am responsible for leading, managing and supporting research and evaluation projects for each of The Reading Agency's programmes. I ensure that we are reaching people as effectively and widely as possible through the collection and analysis of robust evaluation and evidence-based research.
